Tradeify Review, 2026
Tradeify gets the rules right where most firms get them wrong: end-of-day drawdown, no consistency rule on Select funded accounts, no activation fee. The catch is the part everyone skips.
Their live-capital program is a discretionary selection, not a guaranteed step. Here is the full review, account by account.
Want the live conversion written into the rules instead of decided by a review? Here is Phidias Express to Live. First, the honest Tradeify breakdown.
Is Tradeify the best futures prop firm?
Tradeify is one of the strongest futures prop firms on rules: an end-of-day trailing drawdown instead of an intraday one, no consistency rule on Select funded accounts, no activation fee, and a claimed 0% payout denial rate on more than $250 million paid. Whether it is “the best” depends on one thing most reviews skip: its live-capital program, Tradeify Elite, is a discretionary selection, not a guaranteed step. For a trader whose goal is real capital, that distinction decides everything.
Tradeify in 30 seconds
Three simulated accounts: Growth (evaluation, pass in a day), Select (evaluation, daily payouts once funded), Lightning (instant funding, no evaluation).
What they do well: EOD drawdown, no consistency rule on Select funded accounts, no activation fee, fast payouts, a real broker entity behind them.
What to watch: payouts are capped in the simulated tiers, and Tradeify Elite (real capital) is a selection, with the firm’s own help center saying most traders are not transitioned right away.
Our verdict (William G.)
Credit where it is due: Tradeify fixed the two things traders hate most, the intraday trailing floor and, on the Select plan, the consistency rule on funded accounts. On rules alone it is near the top of the futures space. My reservation is structural, not about integrity: the step that actually matters, reaching real capital, is left to a discretionary review rather than written into the product. If that step is your goal, you want it as a rule, not a shortlist.
30-second quiz
Which Phidias account fits you best?
Who is Tradeify?
Tradeify is a US futures prop firm operated by Tradeify Holdings, Corp., based in Boca Raton, Florida. It is one of the newer names in the space and one of the fastest-growing, and unusually for a prop firm, it runs its own brokerage entity.
That entity is Tradeify Brokerage LLC, doing business as Slay Markets, an introducing broker registered with the CFTC and a National Futures Association member (NFA ID 0575972), guaranteed by NinjaTrader Clearing, Kraken Derivatives US and Tradovate. Many prop firms have no registered entity of their own, so this is a genuine structural credential.

The numbers it publishes are strong: more than $250 million in verified payouts, a 0% payout denial rate, 80,000+ traders, and a Trustpilot score the site puts at 4.8. Treat these as the firm’s own published figures rather than independently audited ones. Checked directly, Trustpilot itself shows 4.6 across roughly 4,000 reviews, which is still rated Excellent. The picture is not spotless either: Trustpilot carries a minority of one-star reviews from traders who say a payout was denied and an account closed, with Tradeify citing rule violations such as hedging or prohibited trading in the cases we reviewed. Those are individual accounts on both sides, not proven findings. We cover them in detail in our guide to whether Tradeify is legit.
The three Tradeify accounts: Growth, Select and Lightning
Tradeify runs three simulated account families. All three end in a simulated funded account; the difference is how you get there and how you get paid. (The older Advanced plan was discontinued for new purchases in December 2025.)
Each family deserves its own breakdown, and we have one for each: Tradeify Growth, Tradeify Select (Daily vs Flex) and Tradeify Lightning Funded.
The rules that actually matter
End-of-day drawdown, not intraday
This is Tradeify’s headline advantage and it is real. Their max drawdown is a trailing end-of-day threshold: it recalculates on your closing balance, not on your unrealized peak during the session. You do not lose an account because a winning trade spiked and pulled the floor up behind it. That single design choice removes the mechanic that ends the most accounts at firms using an intraday trail.
No consistency rule once funded
On Select, a 40% consistency rule applies during the evaluation. Once you are funded, consistency is listed as None on both Select payout paths. Being free to make your month on one strong day, on a funded account, is genuinely rare.
One precision the marketing glosses over: this is plan-specific. Tradeify’s headline is “no consistency once funded”, but the Growth funded payout policy still applies a 35% consistency rule to each payout request. So the freedom is real on Select, and partial on Growth. Check the policy for the plan you actually buy.
Daily loss limit, only on one path
The evaluation carries no daily loss limit. Once funded, it depends on which path you pick: the Daily path has one (for example $1,250 on a 100K), while the Flex path has none. Full detail in our Tradeify rules guide.
Payouts: Daily vs Flex, and the caps
Once funded, you choose one of two payout paths, and the trade-off is speed against size:
Daily pays faster but caps each withdrawal lower and adds a daily loss limit. Flex pays every five days and has no daily loss limit, but pays considerably more per request. Either way, every payout in the simulated tiers is capped. To be fair, that is a cap per payout, not on total profit: Tradeify states there is no sim funded profit cap. That is the practical ceiling on how fast money leaves the platform, and we break the whole system down in the Tradeify payout rules guide.
Tradeify Elite: the live path, and its fine print
Tradeify markets hard against firms that “keep you on simulated accounts”, and it is entitled to: Tradeify Elite is a genuine live-capital program. Elite accounts trade real CME capital through a NinjaTrader brokerage account, with an 80/20 split, daily payouts, no daily loss limit, a permanently locked EOD drawdown, up to five live accounts, and a Performance Reward Pool worth $2,000 to $18,000. That is a real program, and it puts Tradeify well ahead of firms with no live route at all.
Now the fine print, straight from Tradeify’s own help center. You become eligible for consideration at 3 payouts on a single account, or 10 total payouts since your last live transition. But eligibility is not the same as qualification:
“These thresholds represent the minimum requirements for consideration, not automatic qualification… most traders will not be transitioned to live immediately upon hitting these thresholds… Our team will reach out directly when a trader is selected.”
Tradeify Help Center, Tradeify Elite Program.

Two more details worth knowing before you plan around Elite. When you transition, any funded account that has already produced a payout converts to an Elite Live account. Evaluations and any remaining simulated funded accounts are closed, and progress made after your last successful payout is not carried over. So the move to live is a reset as much as a promotion, with a selection gate in front of it.
None of this makes Elite a bad program. It makes it a discretionary one. If reaching real capital is the reason you are choosing a prop firm, that is the difference between a plan and a hope.
Pricing: what Tradeify costs
Tradeify moved to one-time pricing across its accounts: you pay once, with no activation fee when you get funded. That is a meaningful advantage over firms that charge a separate fee at the moment you pass.
On the Select plan, evaluations run from about $109 on a 25K to $369 on a 150K at list price, and Tradeify discounts aggressively and near-constantly (a 40% code was live at the time of writing). The cost to watch is the reset fee: roughly $75 on a 25K up to $239 on a 150K, with up to 10 resets allowed per month. Fail a few evaluations and the resets, not the entry price, become your real cost.
Platforms and products
Tradeify supports Tradovate, WealthCharts, Rithmic and Tradesea, alongside TradingView and NinjaTrader. One change worth knowing: ProjectX moved to Topstep-exclusive licensing in early 2026, so Tradeify, like other firms that used it, had to migrate off that platform. If you are searching for “Tradeify ProjectX”, that is why. More in our Tradeify platforms guide.
Tradeify also launched Tradeify Crypto in February 2026, a separate crypto-native product with 100+ pairs and its own 1-step, 2-step and instant funding paths. We cover it in the Tradeify Crypto guide.

Own CFTC-registered broker entity

Instant funding costs a premium
How Phidias compares
Tradeify and Phidias are closer in philosophy than most pairings: both avoid the intraday trailing trap, Tradeify with an end-of-day trail and Phidias with a static floor, and both run a route to live capital. The differences are speed, when the live step happens and who decides it.
Tradeify advertises “get your first payout in 4 days”. On Phidias Express to Live the full cycle, buying the evaluation, passing it, getting funded, taking a payout and converting to a real LIVE account, can be completed in a single day. The fastest recorded run from evaluation purchase to payout received is 6 hours and 18 minutes, and same-day cycles are a routine occurrence, not a one-off. No other firm in this comparison offers that.

If you are comparing on rules alone, Tradeify is a strong choice and we would not argue otherwise. If your goal is real capital, the question is whether you want that written into the product or decided by a review. Not sure which Phidias account fits? The quiz above points you to the right one, and our Tradeify alternative guide makes the full case.
Tradeify review: frequently asked questions
What is Tradeify?
Tradeify is a US futures prop firm operated by Tradeify Holdings, Corp. in Boca Raton, Florida. It funds traders through three simulated account families (Growth, Select, Lightning), and moves selected traders to real capital through Tradeify Elite.
Is Tradeify legit?
Yes. It is a real company with its own CFTC-registered introducing broker (Tradeify Brokerage LLC, NFA ID 0575972), and it reports more than $250 million in payouts. Trustpilot rates it 4.6 out of 5. Our full trust breakdown is in Is Tradeify legit?
What broker does Tradeify use?
Tradeify operates its own introducing broker, Tradeify Brokerage LLC (d/b/a Slay Markets), guaranteed by NinjaTrader Clearing, Kraken Derivatives US and Tradovate. Elite live accounts trade real CME capital through a NinjaTrader brokerage account.
What is Tradeify’s profit split?
90% of the amount you request, on Growth, Select and Lightning simulated funded accounts. Elite live accounts run an 80/20 split instead.
How many Tradeify accounts can I have?
Tradeify supports running more than one account, and Elite traders can hold up to five live funded accounts. Full detail in how many Tradeify accounts you can have.
What is Tradeify’s consistency rule?
A 40% consistency rule applies on the Select evaluation: your best day must stay under 40% of total profit. Once funded, consistency is listed as None on both payout paths, which is unusually generous.
How long do Tradeify payouts take?
Tradeify advertises fast processing, with payouts requested daily on the Select Daily path and every five days on Flex. The firm reports a 0% payout denial rate across more than $250 million paid.
The bottom line
Tradeify is one of the best futures prop firms on rules, and that is not a small compliment: end-of-day drawdown, no consistency rule on Select funded accounts, no activation fee, a strong payout record and its own registered broker entity. If you want a well-run simulated funded account, it belongs on your shortlist.
The reservation is the step that matters most. Tradeify Elite is a selection, and the firm says plainly that most traders are not moved to live immediately, on a path that starts at four days to a first payout. If your goal is real capital, fast, Phidias Express to Live converts on your first payout as a product rule, and the whole cycle can run in a single day, with a record of 6 hours 18 minutes from purchase to payout.
